Hey Zemer, we're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: you get 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your dispatch email. 

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons the following are non-returnable
  • All jewellery 
Our Phone cases are custom made to order and there for are also non refundable. 

 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We strive to ensure that every product meets our high standards of quality. However, if you receive a faulty item, we're here to help!


Faulty Item Claims:
  • ♡ If you believe the item you received is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the fault, and any relevant photos.
  • ♡ We will assess the issue and, if the item is deemed faulty, you may choose either a replacement or a full refund.
  • ♡ Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. To ensure goods arrive back with us, we advise sending via a tracked postal method as we will require the tracking details in the event that the parcel is lost. 

Exclusions:
  • ♡ This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Processing Time:
  • ♡ Once we receive the faulty item, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days. (your original shipping cost £2.99 for your order will be refunded once the item is received)

LATE or MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@zjarr.co.uk
